Patricia Backer is the Payroll Operations Manager for Certified Payroll Services Inc and has been with the company since April, 1999.  She is a member of the American Payroll Association and the local Hall of Fame Chapter in Canton, Ohio.  Patricia is married to her husband David of five years and lives in Hartville, Ohio.  As a dedicated payroll professional, Patricia strives to enhance the payroll needs of her clients with exceptional customer service.  Her responsibilities include but are not limited to, the set up of every new client, training of staff, BWC and SUTA audits, payroll notices and tax research.
