SECTION 125 PLAN DOCUMENT SERVICES OUTLINE

If employees contribute toward the cost of the company’s group health, term life or disability insurance, or if they contribute to a Health Savings Account (HSA) with pretax payroll deductions, a written Section 125 plan must be in place.

Certified Payroll Services Inc. through our provider partner, NEO Administration, can create a custom written Section 125 Plan Document and Summary Plan Description.  We can also advise the employer of any eligibility issues or discrimination tests that apply to their plan.

This document will contain all the required information regarding eligibility and benefits.  The Plan Document also contains all required language under the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rule.
